These Terms govern your use of agsspartners.com and all consulting, coaching, and digital
products provided by AG Strategy & Solutions.

Use of Website
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and not attempt unauthorized access or disruption.

Services
Services include leadership coaching, strategic consulting, workshops, training, and digital tools.

Payment & Billing
Payments must follow invoiced terms. Digital products are non-refundable once purchased. Coaching engagements may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session rate. Consulting retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, and materials are owned by AG Strategy & Solutions and may not be copied,
distributed, or reused without written permission.

No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or grant approvals.

Limitation of Liability
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
